wow alot has happened since Ry was born. abt two weeks ago around midnight i took ry in to ER. turned out to be pneumonia. we caught it in the beginning stages so things went really good and he is doing great. bad thing was staying in hospital for three days with him. fortunately mike's mom was able to come the next morning and watch john for us so mike could get back to work. it was kinda crazy. ry and i got home then on a friday. he was doing great so an idea popped in to my head why not head back to wi with my mother in law. she could make the trip with me at least half way. so off we went on saturday. we got an hour past Bismark and we got hit by a huge storm that came out of no where. we ended up staying a night in sterling, nd. it was quite the old hotel. in the morning we took off on slippery roads but kept trucking. in Fargo john moved back to my car and off we headed to Wisconsin. we got here around 4 in the afternoon. i was able to surprise both my parents which was awesome. they were shocked i think!! it also was a huge accomplishment for myself. traveling with two kids for eight hours!! the kids did great!! i think i had tons of prayer warriors getting me through it!!
so now i'm sitting at my parents kitchen table and just thinking how nice it is and just wish my hubby was with me. i love how distance makes you realize how much you love and miss your spouse! we are headed back to nd on friday. sad to leave my family but excited to see my man again!!
so about my kids! yes i'm saying "kids" so weird but so feels normal already!! john is busy busy busy!! he does great with Ry! he has his moments but overall he does great!! ry is starting to coo and grin and those moments are so so great!! i love him so much. we already can see some of his personality coming out! they are both eating up nana and papa's love this last week! gotta run!! write more later!!
