traveling...

we are now in ohio visiting with family this weekend. it was a long long trip and i'm not looking forward to the trip home. john is good but he does get car sick. food just comes up and he cries when i would stick him in the car seat towards the last few hours of our trip! what made is worse was a diaper rash. he would just scream during his diaper changes. the rash is clear now and he is on his way back to normal but what makes it hard is knowing we are doing this drive all over on tuesday again. its good to be with family and i haven't been here since i went to school here 10 years ago. wow time sure flies!! both john and i miss dad alot!! it is so sweet to watch mike talk to him on the phone and watch john look for him and then also coo and kick!! i need to get a video of this!! well i'm heading to bed!! hopefully i will be home safe and sound soon!!
