mice mouse... ????

literally our conversation tonight has been about mice!! it all began...

i knew we had a mouse but wasn't sure. well this morning confirmed it all. a mouse leaving a chip bag on the corner. aaahhhhhh so gross. so after work it was a trip to walmart but only to forget the mouse sticky pad. i then went to ace hardware! once home i made pizza for dinner and thus began the coversation. "mike can you go get those sticky pads out of car to put up tonight?" "sure dear" said mike. mike then set up the pads and went downstairs. no later than 15 minutes i here this noise in the kitchen. all i could think was hhhmmm i didn't here mike come upstairs weird. so i peak around the corner to discover a live mouse on the pad trying to get off ug!! i yell downstairs to mike that we got one. he yells back ok. i'm like get it out of here now. mike thought he'd prefer it to not be moving when he throws it out. which i agree. so another half an hour he takes out that mouse but on the way out he whispers to me that there is another mouse on top of the garbage can. how freaked i am now!! well he picked up the bag quickly and took that mouse out also!! so two down and who knows how many more. we are thinking since we are doing some remodeling on our breezeway they must be finding a way to get in!! hopefully this i will be done soon and we won't have anymore!! i'm scared to think what we will find in the morning!! thank goodness for husbands are big and brave!! i just sanitized my kitchen counters once again and swept the floor of any crubs so i'm hoping no more for tonight!! i love my little old home but this part is not fun at all!!
