so the cutest thing just happened. john knows when mike showers and for some reason always decides this should be the time he hangs with dad. so just now i watch john crawl to the end of the hallway and bang on the door. mike must have been done cause soon i hear banging from the inside. john stares at the door and looks back at me and then the door again. he pounds and so does mike from the other side. finally mike opened the door and little john's face just lit up!! so happy to see dad. now they are both chilling/cuddling on the couch together. love evenings like this.
oohhh john had his first fever with doctor visit. ear infection was the diagnosis. on medication and feeling better already. not completely but doing better. also john's newest thing is to sit at your feet and beg for you to hold his hands and let him walk around the house. once doing so he wears the biggest grin ever. so proud of himself.
ahhh gotta go little boy is needing his bed.
