grass

so mike and i have been working on our yard the last two weeks! well i should say mike has!! he's raked, limed, fertilized, dragged, reseeded, dragged, and watered our yard. well here's what i thought should happen... plant grass and it will grow. well come to find out its not that easy my thoughts where plant the grass and it grows in a matter of a week. well it actually takes around 25 days!! ug i can't believe it. i've been coming home from work walking over to where i know seeds are and looking for grass but only finding little seeds doing nothing!! i'm hoping in another 2 weeks i'll see something.

until then i'm trying to decide what type of flowers to put beside the garage. its only gets like 4 hours of sun so i'm really frustrated! i'm also picky!! i also want a small raised garden. i'm been bugging mike for the last 2 months but nothing yet so i'm thinking i'm just going to have to do it myself!! it could get interesting!!
