my wonderful mower

so last year we got this free mower. i had serious doubts about this thing working! well mike got it going. yeah. well tonight he showed me how to run it.

here are the rules mike told me:

1. always wear actual shoes (NO FLIP FLOPS... i argued i did it when i was a kid so i should be able to now also but still got a resounding NO)


2. use the red can of gas to fill up the gas tank (we have two red cans)


3. put the choke on (where is that?)


4. step on mower while pulling the cord real hard (1st tug... i fell over, 2nd tug... nothing, 3rd tug... nothing, 4th... wwooohhooo it started)


5. the turtle means go slow and rabbit means you run behind the mower (somehow it got stuck in the rabbit and i'm once again on the ground)


6. finally when done just turn it off (hhhmmm... where's the off button)

it was an eventful night!! i mowed two rows and called it quits! oh we still are looking for the grass to grow!!
