worth 5 days...

for dinner tonight we are having taco's but to mix it up i roasted some bell peppers that were abt to go bad in the fridge and then pureed them. i then decided to mix them with cilatro and sourcream. so now i have this wonderful roasted bell pepper cilatro garlic sour cream. so excited to have taco's!!

today has been one of those great days with the kids. no big fits or arguements. just playing, coloring, reading books, dancing, and loving life. wish every day could be this way. i actually got some things done. i got the fridge clean, swept the floor, took out trash, and read a bit!! favorite moment though was reading a book with john on the couch. him pointing and acting like he is tell the story. those moments make my choice to be home worth about 5 days of chaos and confusion. aaahhh gotta get taco's on!!
